By registering and requesting approval to post competition information and related attachments to the Purchasing website operated by the Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Central Services, (hereinafter referred to as "SaskTenders"), you agree that:
1. You are responsible to ensure that the information you provided to register as a user of SaskTenders is complete, accurate and up to date.
2. You are responsible to ensure that all postings made by your organization on SaskTenders: (a) comply with all conditions and rules for posting competitions to the website (b) comply with all laws, regulations and codes which may be applicable to the posting or the information contained within; (c) are virus free and will not in any way adversely affect the operation of SaskTenders; (d) are in formats approved by the Ministry of Central Services, Purchasing
3. All information you post on SaskTenders will be made publicly available. You consent to the publishing of all information in the postings through SaskTenders and consent to notifying suppliers registered with SaskTenders e-service of those postings. You will indemnify and save the Government of Saskatchewan harmless from any claim, proceeding, action or liability of every nature and kind that may result from, relate to or arise out of the publication of your postings on SaskTenders. The Government of Saskatchewan is not responsible for the content of any such posting.
4. You are responsible for your organization's use of SaskTenders, including all content of any postings made using User IDs assigned to your organization. You are further responsible for all aspects of your competition postings, including all content, amendments, updates and awards.
5. The Government of Saskatchewan reserves the right, for any reason which, in its sole opinion it deems sufficient, to: (a) remove a posting from SaskTenders; or (b) suspend or cancel the registration of a registered user.
6. The Government of Saskatchewan may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing notice to you of the amended Terms and Conditions at the most current contact information which you have provided for your organization. Continued use of SaskTenders after such notice has been sent to you constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions
7. The Government of Saskatchewan provides SaskTenders for competition postings as a public service. The website and all of the information it contains is provided strictly "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. There is no guarantee that the use of SaskTenders will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information posted on SaskTenders will be secure. The Government of Saskatchewan is not responsible for, and will not be liable to any person for, liabilities, costs or damages of any description resulting from, relating to or arising out of the use of SaskTenders, including without limitation, any lost profits, loss of information, business interruption or loss of programs associated with such use.
